Renée Durfield has a passion for empowering women, regardless of their station in life. As an international speaker addressing thousands of couples and women at seminars and conferences worldwide, she has also been a guest of many of America’s largest churches, public and private schools,  since 1979.  For over 45 years, she co-pastored wonderful churches with her husband, Richard. After being featured in Focus on the Family magazine, she has garnered regional and national attention; she has appeared on numerous radio and television programs. Radio programs include Moody Broadcasting, CBN Network, Branch Communication, Probe Ministries, Crawford Broadcasting Company KBRT, and USA Radio Network.  Television appearances include CBS, NBC, CBN, TBN, UCB, and WCFC TV 338.

Renée co-authored books Raising Them Chaste, Raising Pure Kids in an Impure World, and Raising Your Kids to be Sexually Pure, as well as numerous articles in various journals and magazines.

She received an honorary doctorate in recognition of her years of public service and her work enriching the lives of inner-city gang members. Renée lives with her husband in Texas. They have four successful adult children and three amazing grandchildren.
